At Camp JCC, our camp staff are the heart of everything we do. With years of combined experience in youth development, education, recreation, and the arts, our team is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and joy-filled environment for every camper. Many of our counselors actually started as campers themselves and loved the experience so much that they continue to return year after year—now as mentors and role models for the next generation. Our team includes dedicated administrative staff, a behavioral specialist, a medic/nurse, art and drama specialists, sports and recreation leaders, and so much more. Beyond their professional expertise, our staff bring their own unique talents, creativity, and fresh ideas to camp each summer—making every day exciting, engaging, and unforgettable for our campers.
