Manager, Admissions + Family Engagement

Mikaela is the Admissions and Family Engagement Manager at the JCC, overseeing enrollment for the Early Childhood Center, UPK, Kids Connection, and Camp programs. She provides personalized tours to help families explore the best options for their children and plays a key role in organizing events that strengthen the JCC community. As the primary point of contact for parents, Mikaela is dedicated to addressing questions and concerns, ensuring families feel supported and informed.

With three years of experience as a teacher at the JCC before transitioning into administration, Mikaela brings a deep understanding of early childhood education. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and takes pride in helping bring more children into the JCC’s programs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and education
