Deborah Beylo

Chief Financial Officer

Deborah is the Chief Financial Officer of the JCC, where she oversees all financial operations, including payroll processing, employee benefits, and personnel file management. She is responsible for preparing financial reports for the Board of Directors, maintaining audit files, and ensuring compliance with all related reporting requirements. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton, Deborah brings extensive experience to her role, having spent three years at an accounting firm followed by two years as Controller for an electrical contractor. Her expertise in financial management and auditing helps ensure the JCC’s fiscal stability and operational efficiency. Deborah has served in her role at the JCC since 2005.
