Jesula is the Youth Manager at the JCC and is dedicated to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment for children and teens. She oversees the Kids Connection After-School Program, which includes a drop-in program for half days, school closures, and early dismissals, providing children with a safe, engaging, and enriching space outside of school hours. In addition, Jesula will be supporting JCC’s Summer Camp as a Youth Behavioral Specialist, ensuring that campers receive the guidance and support they need to thrive in a fun and structured environment.

With over a decade of experience working with youth and families, Jesula brings expertise in youth development, mentorship, and program coordination. She holds a master's in public administration from Excelsior University and a bachelor's in child studies from Post University. In addition to her work in youth development, Jesula is a certified Transformative and Happiness Life Coach. She helps individuals unlock their full potential and cultivate joy in their lives. She integrates these principles into her mentorship approach, ensuring the young people she serves feel empowered and supported in their personal growth journeys
